How do I know which size to order?

Our sizes do not correspond to clothing sizes, so be guided by our size charts. You can also find it in each listing. Measurements need to be done on a naked body.

Thigh measurements should be taken very precisely. Please measure the stood, not relaxed thigh, tightening a measure tape as much as you will need a thigh cuff to be fixed on your leg, in order to not let it slip off. If you doubt the correctness of the chosen size, write us your measurements, and we will help you with the choice.

How long is the production time?

All our products are handmade and made to your order, so production time takes 5-10 business days. We also have some ready to ship items.

Can I cancel my order?

The cancellation is possible within 24 hours after an order is made. All our products are handmade specifically for the customer’s order, and we put the effort in order for the customer to receive it as soon as possible. After the expiration of 24 hours, we book material for production, and refund is possible in the amount of 50%, if the product has not been dispatched yet. If you wish to cancel your order, email us at info@Dotoyx.com or via on-site chat.

We can not cancel orders that were already dispatched.

Can I modify my order?

Yes, the customer can make changes to his order within 24 hours, after the payment. Please contact us at my@anoeses.com or via on-site chat, indicating the number of his order.

In case when the customer is unresponsive to approve measurements, the order remains active for 6 months. Following the end of 6 months, the customer has an option of receiving a voucher equivalent to the sum of the order. The customer may use it for buying our products, if the previously ordered item is not available, or its price has been changed.

How do I apply the coupon code?

After you added the products to your cart, proceed to Checkout and paste the code in the Gift card or discount code” field. Then, click the Apply button to redeem your discount.

Why my coupon code doesn’t work?

If your promotion code doesn’t work, please check if it’s correctly typed, hasn’t passed its expiration date and can be applied to the product(s) you’ve chosen. If you’re experiencing any other problems, please contact our team at my@anoeses.im or via on-site chat.

What materials do you use?


All Dotoyx leather goods are made from high-quality full-grain leather. Our leather undergoes periodic verification of compliance with the product regulations by I.CE.C – Institute of Quality Certification for the Leather Sector. We select the highest-grade hides, because the character of good leather underlines the quality of design, and it is the most important decision for the subsequent quality of our products.


To sew our bodywear, we use two types of fabric: mesh and biflex. Both have the highest quality and give second-skin sensations. Our textile is durable, stretchy, and will envelop your body with softness without restricting moves.

Do you offer a product guarantee?

Where are the products made?

All of our products are crafted in Hongkong, China.

Do you offer custom sizes?

Yes, we do! You can message our Customer Service team specifying your personal measurements or choose ‘Custom Size’ where applicable, specifying your measurements in comments to your order in the ‘Cart’ section. Please note, not all items can be custom-made.

Is your packaging discreet?

Yes, our parcels are sent in non-logo packaging to keep your order private. The most exciting part will be once you open the box!

How do I take care of a product?

On our storage and care page you can find all the necessary information. Please bear in mind that when we treat garments with love and patience, they serve us longer.


Where do you ship to?

We ship everywhere around the world*, offering express shipping by Express for all orders. Your order will be carefully packaged and delivered wherever is most convenient for you.

When will my items be shipped?

We want you to have your new product as soon as possible. All our products are handmade and made to your order. Production time takes 5-10 business days, and in-stock items typically ship out 1-3 business days after the order is placed.

Please note: if you purchase a mix of ready to ship and made to order items, they will all ship at one time after the product is made.

How much does shipping cost?

Our shipping is handled through Express Delivery. It costs from 15$, and a FREE Express shipping option is available for all customers whose fulfilled order value is above 400$.
We also offer standard delivery through Ukrposhta, it costs from 15$. 

How long will it take my package to arrive?

Delivery company Express currently takes 5-11 business days depending on your location.
Delivery company Ukrposhta currently takes 1-4 weeks depending on your location.

Will I be charged custom duties and taxes?

Yes, the customer is responsible for payment of any such duties and/or taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office or taxation authority for further information before placing your order. If you refuse to pay taxes, your order is being delivered back to us, and the order gets annulled with no refunds

How can I track my order?

You will receive an automated email containing tracking information as soon as your order ships. Please note that it takes up to 48 hours for the first scan to appear, so please do not be alarmed if your package isn’t immediately “in transit.”

What happens if I didn’t pick up a parcel in time?

If a customer didn’t pick up a parcel in time, and it was sent back to us, a customer will have to pay additionally for the second shipping, after which we will send it again.

If a customer didn’t pick up a parcel on time, it was sent back to us and a customer refuses to arrange the repeated shipping (within 2 weeks since we received it back) – the order gets annulled with no refunds.


Can I return an item?

Return and refund of a product is possible if:

  • A customer received the wrong item by our mistake.
  • A customer received an item with a defect (each case is considered individually).
  • A customer received an item of another color by our mistake.

A customer will have to inform us about the above-mentioned issues and provide photos as confirmation within seven days after receiving a product.

If Dotoyx agree that an item is faulty/wrong, we will offer a refund of this product.

After receiving a product and check for no damage, we will make a refund cost of an item. In this case, a customer should send us back the item in its original packaging. Dotoyx pay all costs (shipping, taxes).

Return is impossible if:

  • A customer has already used a product.
  • It involves a customized product with engraving.
  • It involves a catsuit/bodysuit/latex (for hygiene reasons, a customer can’t return a catsuit/bodysuit/latex).

* If it has an inappropriate fit size, Dotoyx can fix that due to terms of exchange

NOTE: If a customer ordered two and more products, we offer a refund for a faulty/wrong item ONLY.

Can I exchange an item?

Exchange of a product is possible if:

  • A customer received an item in the wrong size by the mistake of a customer. In this case, a customer pays all costs (shipping, taxes).
  • A customer has received an item in the wrong size or color by our mistake. In this case, Dotoyx pays all costs (shipping, taxes).
  • A customer will have to inform us about the above-mentioned issues and provide photos as confirmation within 14 days after receiving a product and send it back to us.

As soon as a product is delivered and checked for no damage, we will produce it in the correct size or color.

Exchange of a product is impossible if:

  • A customer received a correct order and then changed his/her mind.
  • A customer has already used a product.
  • It involves customized orders, sizes, and a product with engraving.
  • If more than 14 days have passed since the receipt of the order.


Do you offer Gift Cards?

We do offerGift Cardsequivalent to any amount between $50 and $5000. Any purchased Gift Card is valid during 1 year. Gift Cards are delivered by email and contain instructions to redeem them at checkout. They have no additional processing fees.

How can I personalize the gift?

We do offer engraving for most of our leather products. It could be a name, initials, nickname or a small phrase. You choose the font, size, and location of the engraving on the product.
